I Love Food

The author is a food lover.
Message: I've grown up to love and appreciate the food laid out in front of me. My family members love food as much as I do. Its just a pity that my appetite is not as big as theirs. But I do manage to eat a lot when there's really really good food. I love all kinds of cuisine but have a soft spot for anything spicy. I cook for myself when I have the time. I bake for my family. And sometimes its perfect, sometimes its not. I'm not a professional chef, but I do love cooking. The aroma flowing out of the kitchen door is always the best, whereas the aroma coming out of the toilet door after a satisfying meal is not my favourite. There's so much more to know about me. Guess you're just going to have to find out. More about me.

Fried Omelette
Now why do I call it FRIED omelette? Because it had an omelette feeling inside, and outside it looked like fried egg. More brownish than an omelette would be. So here goes....

Time to cook or... Stab!!!

The simple ingredients.

Onions chopped to small dices. Sliced sausages. Eggs. I didn't add mushroom because I didn't want to open a whole can, I would only be using 1 or 2 mushroom. Lazy also. :P

Basically its VERY simple. You crack the eggs into a bowl, beat it, then add the ingredients and beat more. Another secret ingredient. I put parmesan shaves and beat it. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Then you pour it into a pan as shown above.

Once you cook one side till its a nice colour...

You flip it over!!! Hey, not bad ok! Considering there's SO much there. But pretty cool. Managed to keep it intact - aside from that small piece at the side.

Once both sides are cooked, dish it onto a plate and...

SERVE!!! I added another sausage. For me, I put some chilli sauce and tabasco sauce. YUMMY!

Eat whilst at the 'work station' Hahaha.

This is brunch (breakfast + lunch)

hahaha off to "study"

Where the fuck is my ANTM!?!?!
