I Love Food Message: I've grown up to love and appreciate the food laid out in front of me. My family members love food as much as I do. Its just a pity that my appetite is not as big as theirs. But I do manage to eat a lot when there's really really good food. I love all kinds of cuisine but have a soft spot for anything spicy. I cook for myself when I have the time. I bake for my family. And sometimes its perfect, sometimes its not. I'm not a professional chef, but I do love cooking. The aroma flowing out of the kitchen door is always the best, whereas the aroma coming out of the toilet door after a satisfying meal is not my favourite. There's so much more to know about me. Guess you're just going to have to find out. More about me. It's Chinese Take Out Time Adventures With Chopsticks

Saturday, May 2, 2009 West 57th St. Cafe is a cafe opened by Zang Toi in a little corner in Parkson, Pavilion KL. Its a nice place to hang out and a lot of the ornaments on display are for sale. There were a few mirrors in the RM1000s (I meant RM2500s++++ up till RM6000+) on sale, and they were really pretty. I went there on Labour Day. After walking around for so much, Jacobson, dad and myself sat down whilst everyone continued to walk. This is the Iced Mint Tea. I found it too sweet and not minty enough. And I'm the kind of person who does not like mint. I think stronger mint taste and less sweetness and this drink would be very refreshing. If you want something more refreshing on a weekend afternoon, try this... Iced Fruit Punch Tea. There's a concoction of different fruits and its truly refreshing. What I like about it is that there are fresh orange peels and its not bitter. Its VERY refreshing and worth the money! And this beauty? I just have to give it two thumbs up!!! Its Pandan Cream Cheesecake. The pandan spongecake separates layers of banana and cream cheese, there are coconut shavings and topped with chocolate syrup. Absolutely sinful and delicious! |
